要明白不經許可無權使用專利權、著作權、商標權和其它所有權、同意轉讓權，任何泄漏機密和原料信息導致的義務將接受第三方的審判。

The "Receiving Party" will be responsible for all aspects of security relating in information received from PDE, and will upon request demonstrate that all reasonable security precautions have been implemented.

The obligations of confidentiality stated above do not apply to any portion of information which:

1.Is already known to the "Receiving Party"as evidenced by dated documentation ,or

2.Is OR becomes part of the "Public Domain", without a breach of this agreement, or違背這項協(xié)議將接受公眾裁判， 或
3.Is rightfully received from a third party, without a breach of this agreement, or 未經同意不被第三方接受， 或
4.Becomes approved for release by by written authorisation in advance of disclosure or publication.任何未經批準，發(fā)行的電子檔和書面文件不能泄露和出版。
This agreement will be binding for a period of 15 years.這份協(xié)議保持15年。
